Lea Spall first entered the field of Real Estate as a licensed agent in 1991, in the state of Indiana. She joined Schuler Realty, and was Rookie of the Year for that company in her first year. During her 10 years with Schuler, she continued to be a top salesperson every year, and was the 2nd top salesperson in the company of over 100 agents in her last year in Inidana.

Education has always been a priority for Lea, as she obtained her Broker's license before leaving Indiana in 2001. In addition, she has completed the Nationally recognized designations of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute).

After moving to Arizona with her husband, Albert, and daughter Casey, Lea worked for Caldwell and Associates before opening New Traditions Realty with Shelby Taylor in October of 2008. Although the company was opened during the Recession, and the prices of homes had dropped dramatically, it is surviving, prospering, and looking forward to a wonderful future.
