Jada Bell

Jada Bell is an experienced Realtor who specializes in serving Phoenix's East Valley neighborhoods. After graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Finance, Jada began her career in Pittsburgh, PA where she learned the importance of helping clients plan and manage their finances. As much as she loved her time in Pittsburgh, she jumped at the opportunity to move to sunny Arizona.

Jada spent her first years in Arizona working with a busy CPA office, when real estate started to become her passion. She took her financial knowledge and spent the next few years buying, managing and selling properties in Tempe, Chandler and Gilbert. In 2016, Jada decided to combine her knowledge and passion for helping people and became an active real estate agent.

Originally from Texas, Jada has called Arizona her "new" home since 2007. She manages a family of busy boys in the Chandler/Gilbert area and prides herself on being a valuable resource to anyone looking for information about Phoenix's East Valley.

Jeanice Pierce

Jeanice Pierce has lived in the East Valley for over 30 years. She started her career in Real Estate about 10 years ago and got her start with 1st USA in Mesa, AZ. During her time in the Real Estate industry she has seen market conditions go from “normal” to “radical” to “recession," and now to "hot." Despite the market's ups and downs, she has maintained her optimism and professionalism to enjoy success.

Jeanice made the exciting switch to New Traditions Realty at the end of 2010 and is looking forward to continuing working and growing with New Traditions Realty.

Nick Watkins

Nick Watkins is a native to Arizona and takes advantage of everything this state has to offer, from the hot summers in the valley to the snowy winters up north. His hobby of off-road exploring has brought him to many cities and unfamiliar back-roads of this state.

When he's not out exploring, he is spending time with his wife and their baby boy Braxton. Nick is a hard worker, very efficient, reliable, and he does his research before any purchase.

Casey DeWitt

Casey graduated from Lycoming College in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Actuarial Mathematics and Quantitative Economics. She also minored in Business. After college she worked for Charles Schwab as a Registered Broker. It was at Schwab that she met her husband Tyler and they moved with the company to Chicago Illinois. Casey worked in the Naperville branch of Charles Schwab, first as Client Service Specialist and then earning a promotion to Financial Consultant Assistant.

Casey and Tyler welcomed their son Cooper while in Illinois, but soon moved back to Arizona to be near family. Casey is active in the United Methodist Church and is a volunteer treasurer at Song of Life UMC in Queen Creek Arizona. She also founded a Mothers of Preschoolers (MoPs) group that meets at Song of Life twice a month. She loves to read, go to movies with her husband and spending time with Cooper. Fun Fact – Casey and family have 36 animals that live with them on the Spall/DeWitt Farm including - 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 cows, 11 adult goats, 12 chickens and 1 pony!
